Maritime Law and Exclusive Economic Zones

Abstract

This paper explores Indonesia's maritime law framework concerning Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZ). Drawing on international conventions and domestic legislation, it analyzes disputes and enforcement mechanisms. The study recommends strengthened diplomatic and legal strategies to protect sovereign rights. Results highlight the importance of harmonizing national laws with UNCLOS provisions for sustainable resource management
